After serving patients throughout the Santa Monica community for approximately seven years, Dr. Pouya Fakheri witnessed how pharmacy care was becoming increasingly transactional.

Many patients struggled to receive the personalized attention and guidance necessary to make informed healthcare decisions.
Recognizing this need, Dr. Fakheri founded Stellar Health Pharmacy with a clear vision:
